Tik Tok Australia held an 2 day event that saw industry personnel and Tik Tok superstars come together to connect and discover the world of short-form content.
In 2021, Kat Moses from MGMT, has on-boarded 2 well known and established Tik Tok stars, including make up artist Brandon Scott (@itsbybrandon) and comical vlogger Karim Faour (@karimdaddyslim).
At the 2 day event, Scott had his own station where he demonstrated painting drag queen makeup, live on a model. This was amongst other creator stations and ‘trend’ sets. These trend sets were where you were able to recreate your own Tik Toks, to viral sounds.
Overall, the event showcased the current potential and why this entertainment platform won’t be going anywhere soon.
